Martin Dancy originally qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, but later developed his skills to embrace the services of Management Consultancy. Martin was an equity Partner at Yeoman & Edwards, a Project and Cost Management consultancy. Yeoman & Edwards was sold to Faithful+Gould, a division of W S Atkins in 1999. Martin then became a main board Director of Faithful+Gould, acting as Commercial Director for worldwide operations. Martin left Faithful+Gould in 2013 and started his own Management Consultancy business, Dancy Consulting Limited, based in London UK. Since 2013 Martin has provided Management Consultancy advice to several major international corporate Clients.

General strategic and management support & guidance, particularly in respect of change management, business re-structuring and reviews of processes & procedures
Global Outsourcing of facility management services covering both the review of existing or new outsourcing contracts and associated processes & procedures
The appointment of external professional advisors including assisting with their scope of services, the tender process and establishing a Programme Management office
The development of procurement and sourcing strategies
Business case preparation and review
